GENERAL POLICY

1. We, offer different educational and training services (mostly courses) for almost everyone. Different persons choose different course depending upon the individual choice/need.

2. We accept only advanced payments for the courses via Razorpay. It is mandatory for every course subscriber (student) to make payments via the provided links only. Links are provided upon successful registration (admission) only.

3. Certain courses are professional courses where upon its completion, the course subscriber (student) gets a "Course Completion Certificate" from the institute. For some courses, the course subscriber (student) is required to appear for assessment tests/examinations conducted by us. The result of such tests would be considered before issuing the "Course Completion Certificate.

4. We are available 24/7 for our course subscribers. Contact Information is provided on this website's homepage.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. If the Admission gets approved by the institute, you would receive your PRN which would be asked in all future communications.

2. PRN is issued for lifetime. It is not for any limited time period. It means that if any course subscriber wants to communicate with us, then he can, if he carries a valid PRN.

3. Even if your course is completed or you have cancelled your admission with us, PRN remains active.

4. PRN won't be misused for any marketing purpose. It would be safely stored with us.

REFUND POLICY

Generally, We, do not believe in refunding the course fees but it can be approved immediately in certain cases, like -

1. Subscribed to Wrong Course (Partial Refund)

    If any wrong course was selected during the filling up of Registration Form, then either you can request for "a change of course" to us. We would take immediate action if a valid reason for the same is provided to us. Thus, if another course has fees lesser than the earlier subscribed one, partial refund is issued.

2. Dissatisfied with the Service (Full/Partial Refund)

    If within 1 session of any course, somebody feels dissatisfied about our service, then one can get a Full Refund immediately. Full Refund cannot be issued if the institute has incurred some costs on behalf of the course subscriber (student) during the period. Partial refund would be calculated by the institute and thus approved.

DEFINITIONS

1. We/Us/The institute/ARJ Classes

    The above pronouns/nouns means the Company "ARJ Education And Training Services Private Limited".

2. Course Subscriber

    Course Subscriber means the student enrolled to any of our courses.

3. PRN

    PRN stands for "Permanent Registration Number"
